Hi,
A staff scientist in another lab (X-ray) at our university is
thinking about purchasing a liquid nitrogen generator, and wants to know
if I'm interested (in sharing the costs of said purchase, and then reaping
the benefits). He told me the purity of the liq. nitrogen from the devise
he's looking at is 99.5%. Is this sufficient purity to put inside the
outer nitorgen dewar of NMR magnets? (Guess it might also depend
on what the 0.5% is, but he didn't say.) Thanks.

Sean
