Hello all. We have recently had a tube break in one of our Bruker
gradient probes in our autosampler spectrometer. The tube contained a
sample dissolved in DMSO-d6. In the old days when this happened I used to
remove the probe shroud and *gently* clean everything ... always
successfully. However, I am a bit hesitant to do the same with a gradient
probe.

My question to you is .. have any of you done this and if so what are
the things to look out for? Is it advisable to even try this or should we
be calling the manufacturer for assistance? We would like to have the
probe back in use asap and it would make sense, if possible, to clean it
in-house.
