Dear Members:
In order to check the performance of multiple NMR systems at our site, I am
looking for a good application sample. The idea is to use this sample to
test for 1D (H1, C13), APT, DEPT, PFG_Homo_2D, PFG_Hetero_2D, and
DPFGSE_NOESY1D experiments. I would like to have a final concentration of
15mM in 650 uL. Can any one suggest a good molecule (small molecule with
good NOESY) with a longer shelf life (in dissolved condition), say at least
3 to 4 years? I can buy if such prepared standard in sealed 5mm NMR tube is
commerically available.
