Are you interested in quantification of proton only? In our facility, we
are performing quantitative metabolic analysis (for low weight
molecules) in cells, tissues and body fluids. We are analyzing 1H- and
31P-NMR spectra, and to some extent (semi-quantitative) 13C-NMR.
