We are interested in trying the ERETIC method (Silvestre, et al, Anal.
Chem. 2001, 73, 1862-1868) for generating an electronic internal reference
signal. We would like to try this on proton spectra using a Varian Inova
system (equipped with two channels and wave form generators). Based on
the literature, it appears that we should be able to use the 2nd channel
without major modifications to our system. If anyone has experience with
this method on a Varian Inova, I would like to know if you have any tips,
if you used additional equipment, what the typical power levels should be,
etc. Thanks in advance!
